Golf in the Olympic Games?
It’s apparently been discussed at great length over the past few years that Golf should be added to the Olympic games. The IOC finally agreed to add it into the extensive list of olympic games… So we should be seeing a 40 year old Tiger Woods with a Gold medal hanging around his neck real soon.
I’m not too sure I agree with the move.. The Olympics just doesn’t seem like the right sort of competition for a sport like Golf. Wouldn’t they be better to accept a sport like squash or Karate. I jsut think it would be more suited to the type of competition that the Olympics has become.
.. Although I guess it just means there will be more Golf on the TV though so its all good.
