Colonial Country Club Course
The Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas boasts an 18 hole par 70 golf course. The 18 holes are said to be one of the best courses on the USPGA tour.
This is mirrored with the facts it has hosted the 1941 US Open, 1975 Players Championship, 1991 US Women’s Open and continuation of the Colonial Invitational every year since 1946.
In May 2010 it will be the 64th Annual Colonial Invitational and will be held between the 24th – 30th May.
Each year the event raises a significant amount of money for Tarrant County Charities. For the 2010 event they are hoping to raise over six million american dollars.
